Nora El-Bilawi is an assistant professor of education, a researcher, and an education consultant with over sixteen years of experience in academia and research writing, together with over six years of experience in adult and K-12 ESOL teaching. Areas of expertise include teacher education, international education, and multicultural education. El-Bilawi has many published papers and conference presentations in the fields of international education, cross-cultural education, teacher training & professional development, teaching English for speakers of other languages, education reform, and the role of policies in educational and social change. Moreover, one of her projects was designing and conducting professional development trainings for practicing teachers in diverse context.
